Information about choosing, configuring and purchasing an Ozi Gaming UK gaming PC.
Can you build a gaming PC to my requirements?
Yes. Ozi Gaming UK can recommend and build a gaming PC around your preferred budget, games, resolution, performance requirements and appearance.
Use our Gaming PC Configurator to select your preferred processor, graphics card, RAM, storage, case colour, cooling and RGB lighting.
How do I know which gaming PC is right for me?
The right specification depends on the games or applications you use, your monitor resolution, target frame rate and available budget.
Tell us the games you plan to play and whether you are targeting 1080p, 1440p or 4K gaming. Our team can then recommend a suitable specification.
Can I change components in a listed gaming PC?
Many of our gaming PCs can be customised. Depending on compatibility and availability, we may be able to change the processor, graphics card, RAM, storage, cooling, power supply or case.
Contact us before ordering if you require a component that is not shown as an available option.
Are your gaming PCs tested before dispatch?
Custom-built gaming PCs are inspected and tested before dispatch. This may include system checks, temperature monitoring, memory testing and performance testing where appropriate.
Will Windows be installed on my gaming PC?
The operating system included with a gaming PC will be clearly stated on the product page or quotation.
Where Windows is included, the system will normally be supplied with Windows installed and configured ready for the initial customer setup.
Can you transfer data from my old computer?
Data transfer may be available as an additional service. The cost and feasibility depend on the condition of the old storage drive and the amount of data being transferred.
Orders and Availability

How will I know that my order has been received?
After successfully placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your junk or spam folder if the confirmation does not appear in your inbox.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change an order. Changes may be possible before processing, assembly or dispatch has started.
Custom-built or specially ordered products may not be changeable once work or procurement has begun.
What happens if a component becomes unavailable?
If an ordered component becomes unavailable, we will contact you before making any significant substitution.
Where appropriate, we may offer an equivalent or improved alternative, a revised completion date or another suitable resolution.
Can I collect my order?
Collection may be available for eligible orders. Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
Delivery and Collection
Information about delivery times, tracking and receiving your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on product availability, the selected delivery service and whether the product requires assembly or customisation.
Any estimated processing or delivery time shown on the product page is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are normally provided when a tracked order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take a short time to become active after the courier receives the parcel.
How are gaming PCs packaged for delivery?
Gaming PCs are carefully packaged to reduce movement and help protect the system during transportation.
Where internal protective packaging is used, instructions should be followed and all internal packaging must be removed before switching on the computer.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer packaging, delivery label, internal packaging and the damaged product before disposing of anything.
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so that we can review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Payments and Pricing

Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods currently available for your order will be displayed during checkout. Availability may depend on the order value, product and payment provider.
Are flexible payment options available?
Flexible or instalment payment options may be displayed at checkout where available. Eligibility and approval are determined by the relevant payment provider and may be subject to additional terms.
Are your website prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices displayed to consumers should show the total product price applicable at the time of ordering. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately before the order is completed.
Can the price of a custom PC change?
Component prices and availability can change. A custom quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quotation and may need to be recalculated after that period.
Warranty and Returns

What warranty is included with my product?
Warranty periods may differ between custom-built, brand-new, renewed and individual component products.
The warranty applicable to your purchase will be shown on the product page, quotation, invoice or order confirmation.
What should I do if my product develops a fault?
Contact us before returning the product. Include your order number, a clear description of the fault and any relevant photographs, videos or error messages.
Our support team may ask you to complete basic diagnostic steps before arranging an inspection or return.
Will opening or modifying my gaming PC affect the warranty?
Routine access for cleaning or compatible upgrades does not automatically mean every warranty right is lost. However, damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, misuse or an incompatible component may not be covered.
Contact us before making significant hardware changes if you are unsure.
How do I request a return?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending any product back.
Return eligibility can depend on the product type, condition, purchase date and whether the item was customised or built to an individual specification. Please refer to our Returns Policy for complete details.
Should I keep the original packaging?
We strongly recommend keeping the original product and shipping packaging, particularly for gaming PCs, monitors and components.
Suitable packaging may be required if the product needs to be transported or returned.

What should I do before switching on my new gaming PC?
Carefully unpack the system and remove any internal protective packaging before connecting the power cable.
Connect your monitor to the graphics card ports rather than the motherboard display ports where a dedicated graphics card is installed.
How often should I clean my gaming PC?
Cleaning frequency depends on the environment, airflow and amount of dust. Dust filters should be inspected regularly and cleaned when required.
Always switch the computer off, disconnect the power and avoid using unsuitable liquids or uncontrolled high-pressure air inside the system.
Can you upgrade my gaming PC in the future?
Yes. Depending on compatibility, gaming PCs can often be upgraded with additional RAM, larger storage, a new graphics card, improved cooling or another compatible component.

Do you provide help after I receive my PC?
Yes. Our team can assist with questions relating to the initial setup, hardware supplied by us and reported product faults.
Additional work, third-party software, networking, upgrades or damage unrelated to the original product may be chargeable.
