These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) apply to all sales and transactions made through the website www.ozigaming.co.uk (the “Site”) and all related services offered by Ozi Gaming UK (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, purchasing products, or using our services, you (“you”, “your”, “customer”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Product Availability

All products listed on the Site, including computer parts and gaming PCs, are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that the information provided on our Site is accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee the availability of any specific product.

2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all the information provided is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the payment method you have chosen. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via  credit/ debit cards,  clearpay PayPal, etc.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if there are issues with stock availability or payment verification.

3. Pricing

While we strive to ensure that all prices on the Site are correct, there may occasionally be errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order, and you will have the option to confirm or cancel the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days  after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Additional shipping charges may apply. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed, except in the case of next-day delivery services.

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. To return an item, please contact us via the Contact Us form or email sales@ozigaming.co.uk. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Any custom-built PCs or modified products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

6. Warranty

All products sold by Ozi Gaming UK come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the manufacturer. In the event of a defect or malfunction, please contact us, and we will assist you with the warranty process.

7. Custom-Built Gaming PCs

Custom-built gaming PCs are designed to your specifications. Once a custom-built PC is ordered, cancellations may not be accepted unless the product is faulty or has not yet been dispatched. Please carefully review all configurations before confirming your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ozi Gaming UK and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ozi Gaming UK is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product(s).

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Force Majeure

Ozi Gaming UK will not be held liable for any delay or failure in the performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or supplier delays.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
